It’s actually what owner Ros Juan when she came up with the idea for the coffee shop.
The ingredients used in Commune’s coffee are all locally sourced, and genuine coffee aficionados will be pleased to know that Juan can educate them on the process of making a cup of joe, from growing the plants, to relationships between growers and roasters, and the brewing itself.
Aside from coffee, Commune also serves hot meals that lean more to comfort food type, as well as pastries to satisfy your sweet tooth.
